YSA 2018 Fall Soccer Season is open to enroll now. All kids age 4-12 can register through the link below.
New season is from September 23 to December 9. Game day is at Seven Lakes Jr High soccer fields on every Sunday from 4:30-6:00pm. You need to finish registration by August 18 to ensure your kid’s placement. YSA is a non profit organization run by volunteers. Please consider to be a coach, assistant coach or team managers for your kid’s team. No soccer experience needed for coaching. We will send you coaching material to help you getting started. Other information can be found in the form.
Program fee for returning players is $50, and $70 for new players(including 2 T-shirts). Each addition sibling will get $10 discount. Please write your check payable to Youth Sports Academy or YSA at the first session.

超过截止日期报名的，不能保证有位置。请大家尽快报名。
下面是报名表，只需要大约1-2分钟就可以填好报名表。
如果是上个赛季的老队员报名，program fee是$50（不需要另外买队服）。如果是新队员，program fee是$70（需要购买队服）。每个额外的兄弟姐妹报名可以享受$10的discount。
大家可以等到第一次比赛时交支票或者现金。（prefer 支票，支票请写给 “Youth Sports Academy”，现金请放在信封里并注明队员的名字)
