我们Katy YSA 2020春季足球赛季开始报名了。YSA是由Katy华人发起的非营利足球组织，请家长们报名担任教练，助理教练和经理。
报名截止日期：2月23号
队员年龄：4-12岁
赛季日期：3月1号-5月17号
时间：礼拜天下午4:30-6:00
地点：FFPS Soccer Complex George Bush Park (20150 Westheimer Parkway, Houston, TX, 77082)
超过截止日期报名的，不能保证有位置。请大家尽快报名。
下面是报名表，只需要大约1-2分钟就可以填好报名表。

如果是上个赛季的老队员报名，program fee是$60（不需要另外买队服）。如果是新队员，program fee是$80（包含队服）。每个额外的兄弟姐妹报名可以享受$10的discount。请大家在2月23日前通过Zelle / Quickpay 支付学费 ysatreasurer@outlook.com ， 请在备注中注明孩子姓名和年龄（例如： Alan Zhang, 7) 如果选择其他支付形式请联系我们或关注后续通知。家庭有困难的队员可以申请Coach Aleck Chen Soccer Scholarship，详情请洽YSA。
为了表达我们对教练，助理教练，和球队经理的感谢，YSA将举办一次感谢志愿者的烧烤活动。地点在George Bush Park Pavilion 1。 注意到近期很多华人家庭担心病毒影响，不能出来参加聚餐活动。为了避免不必要的健康风险，YSA投票决定把聚会时间延期至4/10 Good Friday假日, 11am – 2 pm. 具体活动安排会在晚些时候和报名家庭分享。请在报名表结尾处填写是否参加。

YSA 2020 Spring Soccer Season is open to enroll now.
Registration Due date: 02/23/2020
Age Limits: 4 – 12 years old;
Program Fee: $60 (Sibling will have $10 discount.) New players need to pay total $80 to include two new soccer T-shirts ($60 program fee + $20 T-shirts fee).
Spring Season: March 1 — May 17, 2020 (Total 10 games weather permitting, excluding Spring break (3/15), Good Friday (4/12) holiday weekend)
Game Time: Every Sunday afternoon (4:30 -6:00 PM)

Youth Sports Academy (YSA) is a nonprofit organization and supported by volunteers. To show our appreciation to the coaches, assistant coaches, and team managers, YSA will host a volunteer appreciation BBQ party at George Bush Park Pavilion 1 on 4/10 Good Friday, 11am – 2 pm. Note this is a change from previous date. YSA realized recently many families have tried to avoid parties due to nCoV19 virus concerns, and thus decided to delay this party to avoid unnecessary health risks. The details will be shared with participants later. Please indicate if you will join the party and how many will be there at the end of form.
All kids age 4-12 can register through the link below. You need to fill separate forms for each of your children.

In memory of late YSA cofounder and Soccer Head Coach Aleck Shihua Chen, YSA had set up a soccer scholarship in the name of Coach Aleck Chen. The scholarship is dedicated to Coach Aleck Chen’s great sportsmanship. The recipients of scholarship will be waived program fee. Any player whose family is having financial or other difficulty is eligible to apply for this scholarship. Please contact us for further information.
