2015 YSA足球春季赛季重要信息

Parents to do list:

• Turn in liability waiver form to your team manager30
• Turn program fee ($60, each sibling will get $10 discount) to team manager. You will write a check payable to “Youth Sports Academy”. NO CASH, Please!
• Pick up your soccer uniform if you haven’t done so (Every player will receive two shirts, Blue and Red. Players are encouraged to wear black shorts.)
• All players must wear shin guards
• Players wear soccer uniform, soccer socks, soccer shoes.
• Be on time to your assigned soccer field
• Bring water bottle, sunscreen, chairs(umbrella)
• Help coach assemble and dissemble soccer goals
